1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Elite Matchmakers LLP (“the Agency”), a premium matchmaking agency providing offline services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, single or legally separated, and mentally competent to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Membership

Membership is required to access our services. You may apply for membership by completing the registration process and paying the applicable membership fee. The Agency reserves the right to reject any application for membership at its sole discretion. Membership fees are non-refundable.

4. Services

The Agency provides personalized matchmaking services, which may include profile creation, potential match identification, arranging meetings, and facilitating communication between you and your matches. The Agency does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the use of its services, including the formation of a successful relationship.

5. Code of Conduct

As a member of the Agency, you agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or misrepresentation, may result in the termination of your membership without refund.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Data Privacy Statement for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Liability

The Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or any decisions made or actions taken based on the services provided. The Agency’s liability for any other damages shall be limited to the amount of the membership fee paid by the member.

8. Termination

You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to the Agency. The Agency may terminate your membership without notice if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and any membership fees paid will not be refunded.

9. Amendments

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India . Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
